Kit Server and in general, PES 5 rule is 8BIT file system.
Please make sure your kit transparency is set to 100% (the parts you want to be non-transparent)
You can open Game Graphics Studio and load your kit and assign transparency as you wish, or you can do it manualy with Photoshop. Also make sure your kits are 8BIT, not 24BIT!)
