General:
Resolved an issue preventing the Sagan Command Cruiser from using the Type 7 material.
Increased the duration of the Federation Mission Scout Ship's Oscillating Destabilization Beam to 20s to be a bit more effective when it ramps up, and matches the duration of the Let It Go Ability.
Resolved an issue where the Federation Mission Scout Ship's Oscillating Destabilization Beam didn't work with bridge officer cooldown reduction abilities.
Fixed an issue where the Tri-tone Shorts (Female) costume were clipping through the body.
Reskinned Bandshirts and Simple Shirt geometry to prevent clipping issues.
