    IF u have (black line) on screen or steam didn't work see this info & try fix problem!
    1)Download and Install orginal steam (Inc in pack folder)
    http://www.steampowered.com/index.php?area=getsteamnow
    Do NOT INSTALL STEAM IN CS NO-STEAM FOLDER (CHOSE OTHER FOLDER)
    2)Create New Account (FAKE account with no cdkey) FREE REGISTRATION
    Any Name & Password but remember NAME!
    SEE:
    Account name asdf
    Password asdf
    3)Edit Steamapp.cfg write value in line "SteamAppUser=" (write your fake account name)
    SEE:
    SteamAppId=5
    SteamAppUser=asdf
    Save Steamapp.cfg in your CS No-Steam folder.
    4)Now run STEAM and login on FAKE ACCOUNT
    Steam was update self:)
    5)Click Play Games --> Browse Games --> Register a product I alredy own...
    6)Steam request CD-Key:) Give him FAKE CD-Key

    NOW click next...
    7)Steam auth CD-KEY Kill PROCESS "STEAM" IN (TASK MANAGER) WHEN U SEE 2 BLOCK PROGRESS
    U must kill this proces quick when u see 2 block progress!
    NOW DO NOT RUN STEAM!
    Copy ClientRegistry.blob From STEAM folder to Your CS No-Steam folder
    Lest's GO play online:)
    8)IF u have any problem (black line) steam didn't work try STEP "7)" again!
