SHEVA: 'I like our character'

MILAN - Andriy Shevchenko continued on the Schalke game: 'Maldini? His was a fantastic cross, right through the centre, he dribbled past two opponents and delivered the perfect cross. It was a tough game but I like the way we approached it. We played with great character and personality. This draw gives us a chance to qualify, we want to close the group as soon as possible. We have important games and have to give our all.'
In closing, Sheva talked about some personal issues: 'I feel fine as I have in other seasons, the difference now is that I am more experienced, with each year I learn more and manage games better, the pressure and the tiredness as well. This year has started well for me, I hope to maintain my form for as long as possible.'
