SHEVCHENKO: 'We should have finished off the game earlier'

GENOA - Andriy Shevchenko looked to find an answer to Milan's set-back: 'We conceded two goals which we shouldn't have. We scored through Gilardino, then created plenty of chances, we should have finished off the game earlier, football doesn't let you off. He played good football, then in the last 15 minutes we lost our shape but that's normal, we have to react now. We have to pay attention at set-pieces but it's a disappointing defeat and we're all down. But we have to look ahead, Wednesday is an important game. Wins, draws and defeats have to be forgotten, we know our objectives.'
