    SIMPLY KAKA
    9/13/2005 11:08:00 PM
It was the Kaka show at La Scala del Calcio as the young Brazilian scored twice in Milan’s 3-1 win over Fenerbahce in their Champions League group stage opening game. The Rossoneri were at their free-flowing best especially in the first half and Kaka opened the scoring with a low shot from the edge of the area after Andrea Pirlo produced a classy backheel to create space. It was Kaka’s second goal in four days and the midfielder was to repeat the double he scored against Shakhtar on November 24, 2004 in stunning fashion after the visitors had drawn level from a penalty. There can be few better goals in Europe this week as the Golden Boy skipped past three tackles before the entering the area and finishing with a low shot under the keeper. Andriy Shevchenko put further gloss on the result, with a close-range finish in the final minute.
