AC Milan keep tabs on Rijkaard's Barcelona contract talks

AC Milan are keeping tabs on Barcelona's contract talks with coach Frank Rijkaard.
While publicly stating his support for coach Carlo Ancelotti, it's reported Milan patron Silvio Berlusconi is keen to bring Rijkaard back to the club as early as next season.
Ancelotti's relationship with directors Ariedo Braida and Adriano Galliani has soured since the end of last season, particularly over differing approaches to transfers.
Rijkaard is set to extend his contract from 2007 to 2009, but is demanding a £1 million buyout clause in his new deal.
Milan chiefs are keeping tabs on the situation, with it reported that only a spectacular Double of the Scudetto and Champions League can save Ancelotti's job.
