ANCELOTTI: 'Difficult to give a technical judgement'

ASCOLI - Coach Carlo Ancelotti said: 'It's difficult to judge this game has the condition of the pitch was too heavy. I don't think I can give a technical judgement on individuals but just take the result. The referee didn't suspend the game as he thought the conditions allowed the game to continue. The pitch favoured sliding tackles. We didn't play well in the first half but were better in the second.'
