MILAN - Marek Jankulovski and Andriy Shevchenko practiced this morning at 9am CET at Milanello. Both players worked on the athletic side of the game. After warming-up, they had a series of uphill runs in the woods along with fitness trainers, they they continued with strenght-building exercises on the sand pitch. In closing, coach Gigi Balsetra directed a brief technical session. The couple will return training tomorrow at 4.30pm CET.
