Közben egy külföldi fórumon találtam megoldást. Beteszem, hátha valaki beleszalad ugyanebbe:
You have to use the drop-down menu.
Right click on your character while holding down the Shift Key. Then choose "issue command" and tell the dumb-asses to follow you.
