this is a patch to change the fake
callname w/ generated voices
for the 'real' team in we7I.
it's compatible w/ ps2/pes3...
some of the names were generated by
utilizing peter's origninal voice..
but more of the sounds were generated
from an automatic sound generating program...
since the output sampling frequency
were 16khz, so the quality of the
man-make voice may not be as good
as peters..
it works w/ all the current version of the patches..
