This is an issue where Pariah has incorrectly detected what video card you are using. Please try the following steps:
1) using notepad open the Pariah.ini file in the System folder of the folder where you installed Pariah
2) search for the line: HasNVidiaTexM32Tex=0
3) change it to: HasNVidiaTexM32Tex=1
4) try running Pariah again
5) if the same thing happens reopen Pariah.ini and change that line to: HasNVidiaTexM32Tex=2
6) try running Pariah again
