OK I tested out the function and it's SOOOOO AWESOME
You click on the Record button from your action panel ingame. Click it again to stop recording. The replay gets saved into your system/replay folder (very small filesize. i.e. 40 seconds of replay = 35kb).
The way to view it is from the login screen.

click on that and you come to a list of saved replays

You can either choose to play it from the view angle you recorded at, or play it at default and play around with view angles/ zoom as the replay is going on.
The replay has watermarks on them. Looks very pro ~
