Amazon.comnak egy akkora pirospont, hogy az átlóg a szomszédba.
Írtam nekik múlt pénteken, hogy a dec. 24-re esedékes csomagom még nem jött meg. Erre ők azonnal indítottak egy rendelést ugyanazzal a tartalommal, de sem az új csomag árát, sem a kézbesítési költséget nem vonták le.
A posta értesített tegnap, hogy a vámon van a csomagom. Addigra már az Amazon-ról elküldték a csomagot. Erre írtam nekik, hogy mi legyen, a csomag megvan.
Mire ők ezt válaszolták:
Thank you for letting us know that you have now received the original
shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the replacement order as it
has already shipped from our fulfillment center.
As the cost of return shipping is prohibitively expensive in this
case, we ask that you keep the duplicate order with our compliments.
Perhaps you can donate it to a school or library in your area.
