    hmm, de ez nem az az új 64 bit-es PowerPC processzor ami Power 4-re épül és októberben mutatja be az IBM, ugye... :)

    IBM will disclose the details of its upcoming 64-bit PowerPC processor at the Microprocessor Forum on October 15, French-speaking Mac site MacPlus notes. The chip is based on IBM's Power4 design and features a vector processing unit similar to what Motorola employs in its 32-bit PowerPC G4 processor. IBM's new processor could theoretically find its way into Macs when it is complete.
