Looks like it's a 1/1 scale kit-bash.

After even more further review,I believe this tank was pieced together by somebody.
The turret has hatches on either side of the mantlet that first appear on the Ausf.B.
It also has the aerial deflector that first appears on the Ausf. D.
The square recuperator housing on the Duxford tank only appears on the long barreled versions of the Panzer IV,F2 and G.
The drive sprocket on the Duxford vehicle doesn't appear anywhere that I can see according to the pics in Squadron Publication's 'PzKpfw IV In Action'."
