Ezt találtam a neten:
"This is on a fresh install of WinXP pro with sp1 and all critical updates installed. svchosting.exe was listed in my startup items in msconfig twice. I disabled it from running at startup and renamed it so it won't run any longer and I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. It was frequently hanging using 99% of the cpu when it was running.

és azt hiszem itt volt elásva a fagyás oka. Már kiszedtem a registryből, és töröltem manuálisan is a fájlt.
Ezennel szerintem megoldottam a problémát.
