Az állam megszegi az információ szabadságára vonatkozó jogot azzal, hogy a birtokában lévõ (titkos) információt nem engedi, hogy a köz tudatára jusson.
Viszont ha mindez az állampolgárok érdekeit szolgálja, akkor nem teheti-e meg? Lehet arról vitatkozni, hogy mi szolgálja azt és mi nem, stb., de konkrétumoktól eltekintve, létezhet-e egyáltalán ilyen?

Arról szól, hogy a világon nem létezik az a fogalom, hogy hazugság, egyszerûen nem tudják az emberek, hogy mi a fene az, hogy kell csinálni.
Aztán valaki egyszer csak feltalálja, képessé válik hazudni. Sajnos a filmnek annyira nem is ez a központi témája, hanem inkább egy szerelmi szál, de még így is simán a feje tetejére áll a világ. 😊

Ha jól értelmezem, van az állam, akinek vannak titkosított dokumentumai és van a wikileaks, aki szeretné a titkosított dokumentumokat nyilvánosságra hozni.
Az államnak, érthetõen, nem érdeke, hogy mindez megtörténjen, ezért mindent megtesz a titkosság megõrzéséért, beleértve azt is, hogy a veszélyforrásokat (pl. wikileaks) megpróbálja kiiktatni.
Mindezt a ráruházott hatalom keretein belül teheti meg, létrehoz egy olyan törvényrendszert amivel megpróbálja megvédeni a titkosságot.
