Inkább írd össze az érveidet, hogy majd legyen mivel védekeznünk, ha ide is elgyûrûzik a dolog... ;-)

Másrészt akkor látsz 10-20-100 embert, aki épp szed tõled, nem 23ezret.
Harmadrészt nem az egész filmet fogod egy embertõl leszedni, csak egy darabkát, ami egymagában nem ér semmit.

Az adott IPért felelõs pedig az internetszolgáltatás tulajdonosa, így nyilván azt perelik be.
Nemrég volt ha jól emlékszem Németországban egy olyan eset, hogy valakinek lopta a wifijét a szomszéd és a lopott wifin keresztül illegálisan töltött le zenéket és ott se a letöltõt büntették meg végül, hanem a wifi tulajdonosát.
Ráadásul nem is elég, hogy leszedtem a torrent file-t. Annak a tényét is bizonyítani kell, hogy az egész filmet leszedtem. Márpedig az p2p, szal ezt nem is értem. Tracker meg nem tárol IP-ket.

Az amcsiknál 23ezer (!!) embert perelnek be, mert letöltötték az Expendables-t torrentrõl... O_O
Ez lesz minden idõk legnagyobb torrenttel kapcsolatos pere (talán még úgy is, ha az összes eddigit összeadjuk).
