CONTROLS, TIPS AND TRICKS
MANUAL FOR FIFA 2007
KEYBOARD CONTROL KEYS
Legend:
DK=Directional Keys (Up, Down, Left, Right Arrows)
Attacking Keys (when you attack):
· Press Q+DK to activate player runs.
· Press W+DK for through ball.
· Hold E+DK to run.
· Use A+DK for lob pass/cross (with power meter). Also used to throw in the ball from the outside position.
· Press S+DK to pass.
· Use D+DK to shoot (with power meter) or to clear the ball if you are in your own half. Hold D, for head/volley kick, before the player receives the incoming ball.
· Press Z+DK for dribbling.
· Press C to control the pace or to cancel your last move.
· Use Shift+DK for dribbling/first touch.
Defending Keys:
· Hold Q to call in second defender and for pressing.
· Hold E+DK to run.
· Press A (+DK optional) for sliding tackle.
· Press S to control another player.
· Press D (+DK optional) for conservative tackle/clear the ball.
· Hold C to slow down your player (pace control).

· When the goalie holds the ball, press S to pass the ball with the hand to a close player. Press W to put the ball down. Press A or D to kick the ball.
· Hold W to make the Goalie come out for the ball (Goalkeeper charge).
· Press D to clear the ball.
Lay-off Shot Keys:
· Press E then the DK to change the kick-taker player. Look at the player abilities to select the best kick-taker.
· Press A to cross.
· Press S for a driven ball.
· Press D to shoot the ball (with Power Meter). If you want to add curl to the ball you have to press D then quickly press Shift+DK.
· Press C to call in second player.
· When you defend a free-kick you can press W to make the wall jump. You can also press D to let a player from the wall run towards the kick-taker before the ball is kicked but after the whistle has blown to restart play.
Corner/Indirect Free-Kick Keys:
· Press E then the DK to change the kick-taker player.
· Press A to cross the ball inside the box (with Power Meter).
· Press S to pass the ball to a close player.
· Press D to shoot the ball (with Power Meter). If you want to add curl to the ball you have to press D then quickly press Shift+DK. This is the first time since Fifa 2002 when you can actually try to score with a direct shot from corner, because you can add curl to the ball (anyway, it is still very hard to do this).
· Press C to call in second player.
TIPS&TRICKS
Attacking Tips&Tricks:
· When holding Q, press W+DK for lob through ball. You can use this effectively when your receiver is not closely marked or the opponent is positioned behind the receiver. You can also use this instead of crossing with A, but you have to be careful because the goalie may easily collect the ball. Anyway, if you use this type of cross you can score easy goals.
· When holding Q, press D+DK for lob shot. This is very useful when you are 1 on 1 with the Goalkeeper, inside the box.
· When holding Q, press S+DK then press S again for 1-2 pass. This is most useful when you are trying to lose an opponent.
· When you want to pass and there are more players on the same direction you can tap S to pass the ball to the closest team-mate. Press S to pass to the second closest team-mate or hold S to pass the ball to the furthest team-mate.
· Tap twice A+DK for low cross. You can use this when there are less opponent players inside the box. To take an early cross hold Q the press A+DK.
· When running, hold C and then press S+DK for trick pass. This way you will disguise you intention. You can use this in the same way for through pass (W+DK), lob pass/cross (A+DK) or shot (D+DK).
· Before receiving the ball, hold E and press Shift+DK to immediately kick the ball forward and run after it. You can use first-touch control to accelerate the game or get past defenders. First-touch playing is making the game faster. If you can control it don’t be afraid to use it.
· When holding E, press Shift to accelerate. You can use this when you are in lots of space, with no opponent standing in front of your player, but don’t get to close to the goalie because he may collect the ball without having a chance to shoot.
· Press Z/Shift+DK for bicycle dribbling. If you are running (holding on E) this could only work with Z. You can use this dribbling effectively if you press Shift+DK in one way (Forward+Left for example) then quickly press Shift+DK to go the other way (Forward+Right).
· While holding Z, quickly press Left then Right to dummy move and get past the defender.
· Tap Z+Side Keys for lateral dribbling when running (very effective when the opponent stands in front of you). You should try more combinations of DK+Z or Shift to learn more moves (like walking on the ball and so on).
· Press D, then immediately press S+DK to fake a shot. This is very effective if used properly (you will make the Goalkeeper and eventually some of the defenders go the wrong way).
· The easiest way to get past an opponent is the DK dribbling. Don’t forget, when you try this you don’t have to run all the time. Try to simulate you are going left (while running slow), then go right and in the same time hold E. You should practice this in order to get it right.
Defending Tips&Tricks:
· You must make a lot of midfield pressing to get the ball from the opponents. When the ball is in the midfield you shouldn’t slide for the ball. You just have to hold Q and to try to deposes your opponent with a conservative tackle.
· When an attacker comes towards you hold C then try to tackle him (press D or A). Holding C will allow you a better control on your moves, but you can’t use this if you have to run after the attacker.
· When the opponent lobs the ball forward you can press A or S for a head/volley kick or press D to clear the ball. Tap D to try making an interception (to stop the ball on your chest).
· If you have no other option to stop the opponent attackers then hold W to charge the goalkeeper. Release the key when you think it’s time for him to make a save or just go all the way to make a sliding tackle. Be careful because the attacker may try a lob shot. You can also hold W to make your goalkeeper catch/clear incoming crosses.
· Use Q key when you are defending. If your marking team-mates are too far from the opponent players hold Q and they will make pressing. This helps you to act more quickly when an opponent receives the ball. Used careful, this tip could let the opponent attackers stay off-side.
Defending Corner Tips:
· When you gave away a corner, it’s easy to defend if you know how. Press S until you control the right defender, then you should hold on W (to charge the goalkeeper) and in the same time press D+DK to clear the ball with a defender. You can also try to move your defender to the near post then let him come out to clear the ball by pressing D.
· Use E key to move your marker faster.
Tactics Tips:
· Use NumPad Keys to change your tactics during the game.
· To change the offensive tactics press 2,4,6,8 keys.
· To change the defensive tactics hold Q then press 2,4,6,8 keys. I suggest 8 and 6 keys (for pressing and offside trap).
· To change your mentality, use 5 key. I suggest the attacking mentality.

Some of you may be experiencing noticeable slow downs during cutscenes in the PC version of FIFA 07. This occurs when it detects your PC's hardware as being of a high specification and sets the FIFA 07 display settings to the highest quality. This is fine for the majority of people, however some people will find that their system cannot handle this correctly. You can get around this in two ways:
Changing from High to Medium:
- From the Main Menu choose My FIFA 07
- From this Submenu choose Game Settings
- Now use the arrows at the top to find the "System" settings
- Under the heading "Level of Detail" choose Medium
- Now choose Save Profile at the bottom and confirm
- The problem should now be fixed
For Advanced Users:
This method is only for advanced users that wish to keep the other graphics settings at high while fixing the cut scene frame rate issue.
- Open My Computer and browse to the installation directory of FIFA 07
- Open the following file in Notepad \FIFA 07\data\cmn\cfg_pc_h.ini
- Now find the following two lines in this file:
DISABLE_DOF = 0
DISABLE_POSTFX = 0
- Change these lines to say:
DISABLE_DOF = 1
DISABLE_POSTFX = 1
- Close Notepad saving the file as you do so
- Now start the game again, the issue should be resolved.
You may find that changing only one or the other of these two lines is enough to give you the higher frame rate desired.

ez egy bug amit a fifába felejtettek, és csak ha szerenscéd van akkor megy be. pl. én sok kapus ellen csináltam már, de csak van der sar kapja be mindíg. de nem mondom el h h kell, jöjjetek rá ti, egy gombkombinácio, nem mondom el hiába kérdezitek.
