A többség (de még nagylelkűen számolva is közel 50%) pont hogy inkább alkalmanként nézi. Nézd meg a nézettségi adatok hullámzását hétről hétre, sok milliós különbségek vannak - a 8. sorozaton belül 4,5-9 millió között, egy héten belül az ismétlésekkel együtt akár 11 millió is. Gyakoribb az, hogy valaki megnéz néhány részt, vagy akkor kapcsol oda, ha épp tetszett neki a trailer és nincs más adón valami, ami jobban érdekli.
A kisebbség az olyan mélységekben jelen levő rajongó, mint itt bárki, és még ezen belül is elég kicsi azoknak a száma, akik mondjuk az elmúlt 9 évet végig követték-követik.

Egyéni szoc. problem. Nehogy már a többség alkalmazkodjon a kisebbséghez. Nézze folyamatosan vagy ne nézze. Ennyi.
Amúgy nekem a Bad Wolf volt a legjobb. Talán csak a Silence/Trenzalore közelítette meg. Ez az impossible girl meg az Missy kb. nekem eddig 0. Pond-ékkal eltűnt a kreativitás is vagy nem tudom. Előtte úgy vártam 1-1 részt, hogy nem tudtam megvárni a magyar feliratot, most simán megvárom még ha 3-4 nap is mire kiadják.

Az se jó, ha minden részben emlegetik a főszálat, mert akkor aki nem nézi folyamatosan, az kimarad-lemarad dolgokról, és esetleg a főszál hangsúlyozása elnyomja a különálló történeteket. Az se jó, ha (szinte) semmi kapcsolat nincs a részek között a szereplőkön kívül, mert akkor nincs mit találgatni, gondolkodni az összefüggéseken, észrevenni az apró jeleket.
Most volt az évad elején pár komolyabb jelzés, utána háttérbe került a dolog, és most hozzák vissza, hogy jön az évadzáró, ilyen szempontból olyasmi, mint az 5. sorozat volt - ott is volt, hogy csak a záróképen mutattak egy repedést, és ennyi.
Bad Wolf, Torchwood, Master, Davros (elveszett bolygók), repedések itt-ott, a Silence/Trenzalore, Impossible girl, és most Missy.

Szegény Colin Baker (6. doktor) amúgy teljesen másképp képzelte el magát, mikor Doktornak választották, a saját ötlete ruházat és jellem-ügyileg kb. a Chris Eccleston-féle fekete bőrkabát és szúrósság volt, ehhez képest Technicolor bohóc lett belőle. A jellem nagyjából maradt, de a hangjátékok során kicsit helyrerázták őt is.
