Wing Commander IV DVD v2.0 (c) Origin

** Release Information **
This DVD Version of Wing Commander IV has never been released to the
scene. I got lucky to pick it up recently, and made this release for
anybody to enjoy this great game. It's a real rare gem!
The game is a mix of a truely great interactive movie with great cast,
and a space shooter.
Featuring Malcolm McDowell (Clockwork Orange), Mark Hamill(Star Wars),
Tom Wilson, John Rhys-Davies, and Jason Bernard.
The v2.0 version of Wing Commander IV comes on a double sided DVD and
contains the fantastic interactive movie in original Quality
(the 6 CD version and single sided DVD only have video with scanlines).
** Installation **
Either burn it on 2 x 4.7GB DVDs or just mount it with daemontools.
Run Setup to install it. Unpack the zip to the installation dir!
In the zip file is a patch which fixes the game to show the videos
under XP. Right-click wc4dvd.exe -> select Properties -> compatibility.
Mark the Box "run in W98 compatibility mode".
Then just run the game. It works great on my 4GHz Machine with XP 😊
Even my USB Cyborg Evo Flightstick worked right away 😊
