1. The Gift System is added again.
So you can send to someone the KalCash Item through the Gift System in website.
2. The level of behavior limit on game is regulated lower.
So if your character is level 20 or higher, you can use the Gift System with the KalCash Item
and also you can give and take the Kalcash Item with other players on game.
(Also it is possible to drop or open the private store.)
