A blessings az exped és a skilljeid "védi" azzal, hogy ha promoted kari vagy, és megvan mind az 5 blessing, akkor csak 2%-ot vesztesz mindenbõl a 7% helyett.

In my opinion the blacklist doesn't work in this form, and if someone say: „that is working” then he is blind.. And why doesn't working ?
1. A lot of times, the real sins dont pay the penalty . For example there are „Dark necro sorcerer” and „Zeanki”. They are luring cyclops to Thais all the day, and what happens to them ? Nothing..They are on the bl-forum (3-4 times a day). Probably they will be on the blacklist after 3-4 month. Then they creat a new account or just a character simply, and continue the lure. And what is happening if they are on bl ? Nothing specialy. I think a lot of people will not check the bl, if someone is in trouble, and he has enough morality to save him. Or won't check too, if you want to buy something as soon as posilble, because while you checking the list, someone simply buy it before you. Or you see it, and you will not help a blacklisted character..then others will help them. For example another blacklisted, or just someone, who doesn't check the bl. So they can do anything inmorality.
2. You don't brake the community law, but you are on t he blacklist…but how ? .. I write some imagined story, and some trully happened..


„..You try to kill something , but t is too strong for you, or you just exploring, and suddenly a strong monster attacked you. You try to escape, and the creature follows you, then someone comes and the creature kills him..And he will blacklist you, because you lured the creature..you try to speak with him, but he doesn’t trust you…”

„..You walk in a dungeon..suddenly you see a creature in your battle window..you get shot it , or attack it with rune..then you see, that someone attacked the creature..and he doesn’t try to talk you, just take you to the blacklist..”

„…You walk in a dungeon…suddenly you see someone, who tells you, that's his place and leave..he engaged the level of the dungeon, and he blacklist you, if you dont go elsewhere as soon as posible…”

„…You go to kill dragon…someone wait there the respawn….you talk with him, that you want to kill the next dragon, and he agreed it…2 month later, you are blacklisted for XP-thiefing and looting…you are not brake the law because he agreed to kill it ? Argue it…”

„…Your friend say to you, that’s you are blacklisted…you see it why, and you see you lured someone..and you can’t speak with him, because he withdrawed. …”

„..Someone message you, that give him back his eq, or he will blacklist you..You don’t understand the situation..you see the character, and you spot that something killed him a short time ago..and he say, that you were the pk-er. You were elsewhere at this time, but you cant argue it….”

„..You are blacklisted, because you steel XP in Edron…but you haven’t got premium!!!...you can ask to delete it...and they will do it…3 month after…”

„..You see, that someone luring a creature to a city..you kill the lured creature…then you blacklisted for XP-stealing…”

And how can we solve the problem ? I don’t know, but I have a few idea, witch probalby help us.
- Using skulls on non-pvp word. Get skull someone if he has 2-3 skull in the blacklist. So you see, that he is a blacklisted character and you needn’t watching always the bl.
- Make the bl faster…not you, not the denunciator will remember, why do you blacklisted 2 or 3 month ago..
- Need sentinels..an invisible (players not see too) tutor or GM for example ,who are walk the world, and watching the community law brokers…and they come if you report someone, because they are luring again and again….
