S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl

I have calmed down, and played from my last save, and managed to uncover 4 more endings, 1 of which is the real ending.

Now I would love to create my own thread on the endings and the story, but since I can't start a topic for some reason (I don't have authorization...) I'll just post my knowledge in here.

The story makes sense, if you get the REAL ending. However, they pretty much explain the whole story during the REAL ending/leading up to it, which is why you will always feel confused and lost throughout the bulk of the game storywise.

Now, onto the endings.

There are 4 which I uncovered, and 3 which I know how to uncover, or have a strong idea how to uncover.

1) FALSE ENDING: Make a wish at wish maker and have a ton of money and items on you.
RESULT: You make a wish to be rich, and then have an illusion that money is falling from the ceiling, and then it collapses on you and you die, the gold was infact nuts and bolts.

2) FALSE ENDING: Make a wish at the wish maker and have not a lot of money on you.
RESULT: You will make a wish to wish that the Zone was never there, and you will have an illusion that your in a beautiful little landscape, and then you go blind (or die?)

3) REAL ENDING GOOD: Meet up with guide, who in turn directs you in Doctor, who in turn directs you to some items you will need to open a door located in a hallway and up a ladder inside the main reactor (The dark hallways before the Wish Maker).
You'll recieve a message saying "Decode the Door" which will let you know you've found the secret lab door. Proceed to the door at the end of the hall, and wait 30 seconds for it to decode while you fend off against some baddies. Once your in, just make your way through the rooms until you're at a little green glowy thing surrounded by blue glowing balls. Shoot the balls, and have a chat with the main scientist behind the Zone. After you learn the whole story, you are presented with 2 choices, Join C-Conscious, or "Not help decept mankind". Choose the latter, and you will be teleported outside the reactor. From here, you will have to go through a bunch of giant gunfights, all the while going through little blue teleporters until you reach the end...
RESULT: You shoot the cause of the Zone (some green glowing jar things), and then theres a big flash. You are in a beautiful green forest (Think of the zone, only alive), and then you say "I don't know if it was the right thing, but all I know is I made it" or something like that. Then you lie down, and go to sleep, and some butterfly thing flies off into the sky.

4) REAL ENDING BAD: Do the same thing as above, only choose "Join C-Conscious".
RESULT: The scientist straps you up inside some green thing, you close your eyes, and then it snaps to a scene of that old man with his dog (You saw him earlier in another cutscene, the one with the light grey beard, kind of looks like Alyx's dad from Half Life 2, only whiter), and he says "I wonder where Strelok is... ah well, he's hardy as a cat, I'm sure he's doing just fine" *looks to his dog* "C'mon, lets go get something to eat" or something of the sort, don't quote me on that heh, but that's the rough idea of what he said, the best I could remember it.

5) ENDING 5: Finish the game allied with Duty
RESULT: I don't know, I haven't done it, and I still don't know how to join Factions.

6) ENDING 6: Finish the game allied with Freedom
RESULT: I don't know, I haven't done it, and I still don't know how to join Factions.

7) ENDING 7: Finish the game allied with Monolith
RESULT: I don't know, I haven't done it, and I still don't know how to join Factions.


There you have it, you're 7 endings and how to get them.

I'm going to go try to join Monolith now, with my new game. Good day.
