nekem régebben az "eleresztem a gyeplõt"-bõl túl sok jó nem származott, ezzelszemben mióta odafigyelek szinte csak pozitív események vannak. (persze hozzájön az is, hogy rendesen megváltoztattam a preferenciáim-igényeim-stb is)

Vannak "dolgok", amik nélkülözik a tudatosságot (vmilyen szinten) és így lesznek jók.
Persze nem szabad teljesen elereszteni a gyeplõt, mert az a másik rossz véglet (ez szintén egyszerûbb, mint mindent tudatosan csinálni).
Jöhetne 1 újabb hatalmas közhely... 😄

Csak még hozzáteszem, hogy mindezekhez még hozzájön a többi ember gondolata (akikkel kapcs.-ban állok), meg maguknak a történéseknek az elemzése.
Tehát ha történik vmi, vagy olvasol vmit, akkor már nem tudsz teljesen független maradni, hiszen a te szemeiden keresztül, a te érzelmivilágodon keresztül (stb.) látod a történéseket, az írott sorokat... (stb.)

legtöbbször az szokott lenni a gond, hogy a saját gondolataid rabja vagy, és nem tudod elképzelni, hogy azokból ki- vagy megszabadulj. 😊

De most ne bonyolítsuk a helyzetet, hisz ezeket át kell élni, beszélni is nehéz róla.
Innen jön meg az a kérdés : Ismerjük-e igazán magunkat ? (nem a materialista felfogásra gondolok)
