Gyakori baleset, nem volt megelelo az inditasi checklist. Mar volt ilyenbol gond mas urszondaknal is, pl. fent hagyott takarosapkak, nem elesitett levalaszto patronok, forditva beszerelt alkatreszek, stb.
A spacex pont ezert tesztel mindent a foldon, ujra es ujra, hogy ne lehessen ilyenbol gond. Hosszu tavon osszessegeben olcsobb.
