Howdy Survivalists,
Alpha 8.2 is out with many fixes, improvements and additions including: Huge memory reduction and Crash fixes, new feral enemy aggression option, new sun and moon, tree farming, new recipe crafting system overhaul, mining fixes and so much more! Folks we’ve done our best to stay compatible with old saved games however if you’re experiencing any problems we recommend starting new games.

Added new Enemy Aggression game option. With normal and feral. Feral means zombies sense you from over 100 meters at night simulating our old horde mode. They also come every night. Combine this with short 24 hour cycles and air drops for the classic horde mode experience.
Added lens flare to sun and new sun texture
Added moon shadows and increased moon light
Added pine and maple tree farming. Tree seeds can be planted on dirt or forest ground and do not need to be watered or near water using seeds dropped from pine and maple trees

Known Issues
You have to hit Shift+Tab twice to bring up the steam overlay
64 bit is known to unstable run it at your own risk
Sometimes players might bounce up and down from certain collision situations
Some users have reported a possible problem with Windows 8. A possible fix is to run the executable in windows 7 compatibility mode.
64 Bit version could be unstable.

Ezért lehet hogy a madmole már nem fog így dolgokat elárulni a fejlesztésrõl hanem felvesznek egy piárost aki kb. semmit nem fog tudni a játékról és politikus módjára fog mellé beszélni.
Ráadásul próbáltam elküldeni azt a pár faszt a forumon de egybõl lemoderálták a hozzászólásaimat, (mások is mondják hogy így jártak)
nem értem még õk védik ezeket a trollokat.
- AZ új "smooth terrain" a 8.0 -ban olyan új technika ami miatt az összes ütközés kezelését újra kellett írni az egész játékban. Ez miatt sok bug lett amit most kijavítanak, újdonságokon nem is nagyon dolgoznak, így lesz egy stabil verzió amin lehet játszani sokáig és nem kell újra kezdeni. Addig lesznek kisérleti verziók amiket nem fog magától letölteni a steam hanem be kell majd optolni.
- Viszont most hogy sikerült újra írni az ütközések kezelését, egy csomó mindent lehet használni a unity lehetõségeibõl. Így sokkal szebb lesz a grafika, gyorsan be lehet tenni jármûveket, ragdoll fizikát, egyébb dolgokat amiket alapból tartalmazott a unity, kb csak egy kapcsoló átállításával. Magyarul felgyorsul a fejlesztés.

Voxel farm nemtudom jó ötlet lenne,akkor sutba dobhatják az egészet amit idáig csináltak.Annak meg mégnagyobb a gépigénye ha jól tudom.Szerintem maradjanak az Unity-nél,igy fõképp hogy az 5-ös verzió többet tud,és még át se álltak arra!

1. kevésbé stabil a szerver 8 emberen túl, az idegesítõ bugok pl. nehéz megütni zombikat, különös bányászás és a szerver törések...következõ patchal növelni akarják a játékosok számát egyre vagy kettõre
2. sok ember nem érti meg a smooth terrain költöztetését...unity törésekrõl írnak, rongybabák, tûzi fáklyák és nap elemek még nem elérhetõk...voxel farm túl drága , de próbálunk dolgozni az ügyön
3. egyre jobb világ lesz, amivel egy teljes unity támogatottságú játékot kapunk lassan. Eljött az idõ, hogy versenyképesebb legyen a grafikai motor és mostmár rendelkezünk ligákkal, csoportokkal teljes kapacitású világgal, végigjátszással.
4. Próbáljuk a bugokat javítani, pl a zombik átmenése ajtókon, játékosok beragadnak itt, ott. Sok hasznos mérnökünk van, aki dolgozik rajta blah blah blah...sok a glitch
sokféle kísérleti verziót alkottunk, de most jön majd az igazi teljes verzió ami stabilabb lesz...
5. 300 MB memória szükséges a klienshez gyorsabban fog betölteni a játék is, mint korábban...

Regarding the number of players I would say its because A8+ has been unstable for a lot of people, and there are a number of annoying bugs with it very hard to hit zombies, mining weird, and servers and clients crashing. We've been crushing bugs left and right. I would speculate we'll see a steady increase of players after this next patch or two.
What a lot of people don't understand is that moving to smooth terrain was a huge undertaking. The old collision was just a mathematical grid and we disabled all unity collision. This also made it impossible to use so many unity features so out of the box simple things like unity collision, ragdolls, lens flares, sun shafts were not available. Unitys collision is typically created offline not dynamically. Since our world is fully destructable and buildable this created some special challenges. Now I know why voxel farm is sooooo expensive. But we have it working now and have done the nearly impossible.
We have a world that is looking better and better now that we are back to a full unity supported game. It's just a matter of time before we can rival or surpass our competition in graphics, as we already are leagues beyond them in emergent gameplay with a fully voxel world.
But we're still fixing things, zombies getting through doors, players getting stuck here and there. It's a lot of work handling dynamic collison meshes and we have some great engineers that have done it. There could still be some glitches but so far it's playing great and working. My point is this: That once this is done we will have a stable main version of the game and will move towards experimental versions people can opt in to play. So bear with us while we grind through all the little collision things and bugs introduced with A8.
There is a 300 megabyte reduction in memory needed now on the client. This should damn near resolve all crashes people were having and the game loads a lot faster.
Even though this build is meant to just be a stability patch it's turned into so much more. Zombies now surround your fort and attack various parts of the structure instead of one guy running to the door and the rest of them cheering him on. Hearing 50 guys beating on your fort will cause a panic and some new tactics are needed to survive a horde.

A hüvelykujj köröm jobb oldalt felül megmutatja a beton/kõ helyeket, amik tartalmazták a korábbi nyersanyagokat és a fõ kép megmutatja az új jelölést, rózsaszínnel a vasat, kékkel a szenet és sárgával a potassium nitrátot vagy az ólmot.

This is isn’t the final version of mining, but I think it will do until we can do mining how we want. Ultimately we want to use perlin worms which create a network of small gravel tunnels something like this. The ore would be in the stone on the outside of the worms. For this build though I removed all the gravel which allowed the smaller ore deposits to appear more frequently. It should be somewhat like it was before now and tide people over until we can get it done right.
The thumbnail on the bottom right shows the gravel deposits before which contained the precious materials and the main image shows the new layout, pink is iron ore blue is coal and yellow is either pottasium nitrate or lead.

Aki tud 8.1-el az jöjjön ide,bár a gazdát ahogy elnézem utálja a zombikat,(Jivec)mert állandóan kiveszi a spawnot.Jó lenne már magyarul is dumálni,nem csak angolul.
