Prague, Czech Republic - April 13, 2006 - SCS Software today announced that their action hunting game - Deer Drive - has gone gold, and will enter digital distribution channels in April. Deer Drive will be made available for PC systems as trialware - a system of 'try before you buy' with online purchasing.
Deer Drive is an exciting stage-based 3D action hunting game, tailored for casual players, but with elements appealing to hardcore gamers. With only a firearm for protection, the player must take stand in an environment full of wild animals - whitetail deer trot and gallop, grizzly and moose charge and attack!
Deer Drive takes the hunting genre back to basics. The essence of hunting gameplay - accurate shooting, has been distilled into a game with emphasis on exciting action with short gaming sessions suitable for all ages - if the player has ten minutes or two hours - Deer Drive is the perfect game to satisfy the hunting urge!
Casual players will be delighted by the fresh gameplay and simple controls that Deer Drive has to offer - its focus on fun and easy to pick up gameplay, brings a whole new direction to the genre. Advanced graphical effects bring to life the wild environment of Deer Drive - water ripples and shimmers, surfaces have real depth, and animals move with fluid animations and realistic physics; Deer Drive makes full use of modern 3D graphics hardware.
To play Deer Drive, SCS Software recommends Microsoft Windows 98/Me/2000/XP with DirectX 9, a PC running at 1.0+ GHz, and a modern video card with 64 MB of memory. Deer Drive also plays on less powerful machines, and players can tweak performance via a range of options. Internet access is required to purchase the full game.

Hát tényleg kicsit gagyi, de aki igazi vadász játékot akar, annak ott a Deer Hunter 2005, és a Trophy Hunter 2003. Azok az istencsászárok.

lol kép..ki van írva hogy shoot..ha olyan nagy realisztika akkor miért kell célkereszt, lõttem már légpuskával és általában vállhoz emeltem úgy lõttem..
ezt már a call of duty-ban is kitalálták (vagy bf 1942)

Éppen olyannyira érthetetlen, mint a COD2-ben vagy a MOHAA-ban (vagy mondhatnám itt bármelyik FPS-t) német és orosz katonákat halomra gyilkolni. És ha már választani lehet, akkor nem egy Manhunt-szerû játékot választ sok ember, ahol embereket kell a legkülönfélébb módon kivégezni, hanem egy vadászós játékot, ahol inkább a becserkészésen, lesen ülésen, környezeten van a hangsúly...
