The three goals that he has scored against O.L. in the Champions League group stage, seem to have convinced the French club president Jean-Michel Aulas to make a serious attempt for Fiorentina striker Alberto Gilardino; a first contact has been made, without any result, last month, but now, according to French sources, O.L. are ready to offer up to 25 million euros. The French champions had already made an attempt with AC Milan in the summer of 2007, but the following year the Piemontese striker has moved to Fiorentina for 16 million Euros.
